Concept
The concept of this case study was inspired by my sister’s bunny, Nimbus. I decided to create and brand a produce stand named Nimbus’ Burrow. The produce stand will only sell organic farm fresh goods and some home goods (like jams, chow chow, etc.).
Research
I did research on brands similar to how Nimbus’ Burrow will be. I also looked into whole foods. Even though it is a bigger company and more like a grocery store, I thought it would be a good idea to look at how their branding and beliefs tie into their design. I also looked into farmer’s markets and how they are typically promoted. After doing some research, I decided to create a mood board visualizing the produce stand itself. I felt like this helped me determine who the audience would be. In turn, this helped me create a brand identity.
Final
The final product came out nicely. I did a packaging design for this case study. Because of this, I chose packaging that would fit the brand I created. I created reusable egg cartons, glass bottles for milk and/or juice, and also some reusable tote bags. I also created some designs that would be seen inside the store itself like, a fridge for cold items and signs for items within the store. I maintained the same branding I created with the same logo, colors, and patterns.
